- Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. NO REFUNDS or exchanges will be made by TKOTIX. In the event of an event cancellation, Buyers must recover the face value of tickets directly from the event Promoter.
- NO REFUNDS EVEN IF YOUR FIGHTER CANCELS
- Monies Collected: Promoters collect all funds (excluding processing fees) from ticket sales, meaning they possess the Buyer’s money. TKOTIX does NOT hold your ticket money. All processing fees, including those from Stripe, are non-refundable.
- Agreement to Terms: By visiting TKOTIX.com, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree, you should leave the website immediately. Continuing to browse and/or purchase tickets signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
- Privacy Policy: By accessing or using TKOTIX’s website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to TKOTIX’s Privacy Policy.
- Modification of Terms: These Terms and Conditions may be modified periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed above. By using this website, you agree to review the Terms and Conditions subpage periodically for any changes.
- Event Changes: You acknowledge that events may be rescheduled or fight cards may change, and TKOTIX has no liability for such occurrences. If an event is canceled, your exclusive remedy is a refund of the ticket purchase price, excluding non-refundable service fees. Rescheduled events do not constitute cancellations, and no refunds will be issued.
- Force Majeure: TKOTIX is not liable for failures to perform obligations due to acts of God, strikes, equipment damage, or other circumstances beyond its control.
- Public Event Disclaimer: You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, and your appearance and actions at the venue are public. You grant TKOTIX permission to use your name, image, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Intellectual Property: Your use of this website does not grant ownership rights to any content. You acknowledge TKOTIX’s intellectual property rights and agree not to copy or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
- Age Requirement: You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian to access the website. This website is intended for use by adults in the United States; compliance with local laws is your responsibility if accessing from outside the U.S.

- Resale Compliance: If you attempt to resell tickets, you agree to comply with all relevant laws, including anti-scalping provisions.
- Injunctive Relief: Violating these Terms may entitle TKOTIX to injunctive relief without the posting of a bond. You agree to pay all legal fees if action is taken against you.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and you consent to the exclusive venue of Rock Island County, Illinois, for resolving disputes.
- Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- Final Sale Policy Reiteration: All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be made, except in cases of event cancellation. In such cases, Buyers must recover the face value of tickets from the event Promoter. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
