All sales are final, NO REFUNDS or exchanges will be made BY TKOTIX.
IN the case of an event cancellation, buyers MUST RECOVER FACE VALUE OF TICKETS FROM THE EVENT PROMOTER.
Promoters collect all monies (excluding processing fees) from tickets sold and therefore is in possession of Buyer’s money. TKO DOES NOT HAVE YOUR TICKET MONEY. All processing fees are non-refundable, including those from Stripe.
These Terms and Conditions govern all visits to this website. By visiting this website, you are agreeing to abide by all the terms and conditions in this document.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY. BY CONTINUING TO BROWSE AND/OR PURCHASE TICKETS VIA TKOTIX YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS ABOVE AND BELOW.
By accessing or using TKOTIX’s website and/or purchasing tickets via TKOTIX you acknowledge that you have read TKOTIX’s Privacy Policy pasted below and agree to its terms.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed above. By using this website, you agree to visit the Terms and Conditions subpage periodically and to review any changes that have been made.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that events may be rescheduled and/or that fight cards may change and that TKOTIX has no liability or responsibility for such occurrences. You agree that if an event is cancelled, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the purchase price of the ticket, excluding all service fees, which are non-refundable. There shall be no refunds for events that are rescheduled to a different date, as rescheduling is NOT the same as cancellation for the purposes of this site.
In the event TKOTIX is unable to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions because of an act of God, strikes, equipment, damage beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, TKOTIX shall not be liable for damages to customers resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.
You hereby agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event and that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue are public in nature. You hereby acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You hereby grant TKOTIX, our partners, licensees, and assigns, including but not limited to our brand and media partners, permission to utilize your name, image, likeness, movements, voice, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during, or after the event at the venue) for educational, research, commercial, promotional, or any other lawful purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
You agree that by using this website you do not obtain ownership rights in any of the text, design, code, graphics, or any other aspect of its content. You acknowledge TKOTIX’s intellectual property rights in the same and agree not to copy or reproduce any component of the website in any medium (or use any framing techniques to display any aspect of the website) without the advance, written permission of TKOTIX. TKOTIX and other names, slogans, and graphics on this website are state, federal, and/or common law trademarks of TKOTIX. Other marks used on the website may be the property of TKOTIX and/or other companies. Your limited license to use the website is not a grant of any interest or broader license in any trademarks or copyrighted material appearing on the website.
TKOTIX has created, commissioned, or licensed all aspects of this website and possesses copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property rights in the website and its contents. You are given a limited license to use the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you may not reproduce any aspect of this website in any other forum without the advance written permission of TKOTIX.

If you create a Profile or upload or post any content, you hereby agree not to misrepresent your identity or use any information (including, but not limited to an email address) belonging to anyone else. You similarly agree that all information you provide via the website shall be accurate.
TKOTIX is not responsible for any websites owned by third parties linked to this website.
You agree that TKOTIX has no obligation to allow you to use the website or the server and that your access may be denied at any time for any reason.
TKOTIX’s failure to insist on strict compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions is not a waiver and you agree that such failure shall not inhibit TKOTIX’s right to enforce such terms in the future based on laches, estoppel or any other legal doctrine. These Terms and Conditions shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.

Under no circumstances will TKOTIX, its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, shareholders, parent companies, successors, assigns, vendors, or partners be liable to any party for any indirect, punitive, EXEMPLARY or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or interruption of business activities) whether or not notice of the possibility of such damages has been provided, and whether the claim or action is based on contract, warranty, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TKOTIX AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE OR FOR THE USE OF ITS SERVER OR NETWORK SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
THIS disclaimer applies to any damages, liability, or injuries, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, virus, communication failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action.
By using or visiting this website or purchasing tickets from TKOTIX, you explicitly agree to hold harmless TKOTIX and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, costs, and damages which may arise directly or indirectly from your visit to this website.
TKOTIX does not warrant or guaranty the quality or use of any tickets or other items purchased via this website. You agree to take up any issues with such tickets or products solely with the event promoter or the manufacturer of said products.
If you do not receive confirmation after submitting payment, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment, it is your responsibility to confirm your order with TKOTIX. TKOTIX will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
If you attempt to re-sell any tickets purchased via TKOTIX, you agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the re-sale of tickets, including anti-scalping provisions.
In the event that you violate these Terms and Conditions, you agree that TKOTIX is subject to irreparable harm and is entitled to injunctive relief without the posting of a bond. This remedy is in addition to any other remedy in law or equity. If TKOTIX does take legal action against you, you agree to pay all attorneys’ fees and costs of such action. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and you consent to the state and federal courts nearest to Rock Island County, Illinois as the exclusive venue for resolving any conflicts related to these Terms and Conditions, without regard to Illinois’ choice of law provisions. You further consent to personal jurisdiction in such state and federal courts and waive any objections related to jurisdiction, venue, and forum non conveniens.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Terms and Conditions herein.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made, except in the occurrence of a cancellation of an event. IN the case of an event cancellation, Buyers MUST RECOVER FACE VALUE OF TICKETS FROM THE EVENT PROMOTER. Purchased tickets shall be treated as cash, as lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Terms and Conditions – Promoters
The Promoter appoints TKOTIX.com to sell tickets for its event. TKOTIX.com acts purely as an agent and has no responsibility for the event itself.
TKOTIX is not responsible for refunds in any case of event cancellation. Promoters are solely responsible for returning face value of tickets to the Buyers in all cases of event cancellation. Processing fees, credit card fees, and TKOTIX fees are non-refundable.
All Promotors must create a Stripe account that will connect to the TKOTIX Stripe account for all payments. Stripe is a financial services company that provides a payment processing platform. Please see https://stripe.com/. All monies associated with transactions with TKOTIX will go directly to each Promotor’s Stripe account. All Promotors are responsible for taxes and will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year. You will issue refunds via your Stripe account to Buyers in the case of event cancellation.
TKOTIX.com will provide the Promoter with access to a sales dashboard that reports all ticket sales.
It is your responsibility to enter and update your contact details in the sales dashboard.
It is your responsibility to enter and update your Stripe payment details and inform TKOTIX which account you would like payment to be made to. TKOTIX assumes no responsibility if any payments are made to the wrong account provided by the Promoter.
Should any overpayment be made in error by TKOTIX, it is the responsibility of the event organizers/directors to notify us immediately. Overpayments must be returned immediately upon notification. The event and its organizers/directors are personally liable for repaying these funds.
The Promoter will register an account with TKOTIX.com. The Promoter may then upload their event(s) onto the website.
The Promoter confirms it has made all the necessary hiring arrangements with the venue and has contracted artists to perform or confirmed the event(s) planned to transpire, as advertised.
We do not recommend that you display any advertisements where you do not have prior arrangements.
If TKOTIX receives any fines through promotions you have done (i.e., fly posters or hand-to-hand flyering), you agree to pay them in their entirety, as TKOTIX takes no responsibility for your events. Whenever possible, TKOTIX will pass on any communication received from councils to relevant parties but will not be held responsible if contact cannot be made.
It is the Promoter’s responsibility to ensure all event and ticket details listed are accurate and TKOTIX.com cannot be held liable for any errors.
If the Promoter requests TKOTIX.com to upload its event to this website, it is the Promoter’s responsibility to check the final listing for any errors or omissions. Once uploaded, TKOTIX.com assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
TKOTIX.com will add a booking fee to the ticket, which is paid by the ticket Buyer. This booking fee to be approximately 10% unless otherwise agreed.
TKOTIX.com charges a nonrefundable 1.8% processing fee to the Promoter on all tickets sold on TKOTIX.com unless said promoter is a Platinum Member, in addition to the 10% processing fee and taxes paid by the ticket Buyer.
The amount redeemed to the Promoter is inclusive of VAT (Value-Added Tax) and it is the Promoters’ responsibility to conduct its tax affairs accordingly.
In the instance of complaints about the event being received by TKOTIX LLC, we will direct all complaints to the Promoter. This is detailed in the Terms and Agreement with ticket Buyers.
All of the Terms and Conditions are governed by USA law.
